Here’s what your day will look like:
Marketing and leasing commercial properties within our portfolio including:
Marketing available spaces
Coordinate with brokers and tenants to procure leases
Negotiate, sign, and enforce leases with current and prospective tenants
Oversee and manage tenant improvement requests:
Collaborate with tenants to understand improvement needs and preferences.
Develop and manage project plans
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to implement improvements efficiently and minimize disruption to tenant operations.
Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and promptly address any issues or delays.
Tenant move-in/move-out process
Manage scheduling, logistics coordination, and ensure spaces are prepared according to lease agreements.
Communicate effectively with tenants to address any concerns or special requirements related to the move-in/out process.
Provide regular updates to the Head of Operations on project status, including progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Conduct weekly calls to review project milestones, address issues, and ensure alignment with overall objectives.
Utilize AppFolio software to track project metrics, manage documentation, and streamline communication and collaboration.
What you’ll bring to the table:
3+ years of experience in project management, property management, commercial real estate or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and tenant improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with AppFolio software or similar property management platforms preferred.
Familiarity with NNN leases
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
